The City of Ekurhuleni recognises Kraizie

Ambitiouz Entertainment’s Sizwe “Kraizie” Thabethe has received recognition from the City of Ekurhuleni as one of the best rising stars. Ambitiouz Entertainment congratulates the artist for being nominated in three big categories in the first ever Ekurhuleni Teen Trap Music Awards.

The Teen Trap Music Awards aims to make more teenagers aware of trap and hip-hop stars within their surroundings. The teenagers will, therefore, be given a chance to annually nominate their stars as their teen choices.

Nominees like Kraizie are setting the standard for innovation and creativity in the city of Ekurhuleni. It is an incredible achievement for him to be selected among the best. Being a first-time nominee, Kraizie vies for three awards in categories like Best Ekurhuleni Trap Banger, Best Ekurhuleni Trap Music Video and Best Ekurhuleni Best Trap Male Artist.

The 29-year-old is being recognised for the sterling job he did on his single, Thilili featuring Imfezi Emnyama. The song is listed on various radio stations and the music video has accumulated over 140 thousand views on YouTube.

Kraizie appreciates the recognition and he feels that this is a steppingstone in his career.

“I feel so great and humbled that people recognise the hard work I have been putting into my craft. This gives me hope that one day I will be one of the South African Music Awards nominees,” said Kraizie.

Winners will be announced and honoured on Friday, 09 August 2019 at the Emperors Palace, Kempton Park.
